Intake Inspection

Parts assessed for pre-existing contamination, damage, and compliance with customer cleaning specifications.

Pre-Cleaning

Bulk contamination including oils, machining residue, and weld slag removed before precision cleaning begins.

Precision Aqueous Cleaning

Ultrasonic and recirculating bath systems with deionized water remove residual hydrocarbons and particulates.

Multi-Stage Rinsing

Multiple rinse stages using deionized water remove all detergent residue from internal and external surfaces.

Drying & Purging

Parts dried under controlled conditions and purged with clean dry nitrogen where required by specification.

Verification Testing

NVR gravimetric testing, particle count, and UV/white light visual inspection confirm compliance with specified cleanliness levels.
